Right now I'm sipping on a peppermint latte and waiting for this dumb headache to go away. I'm dreading having to work tomorrow. Oh to be retired...that is the dream.
This weekend was quite nice. Thanksgiving Day was filled with good food and we got to see 2 of the 4 munchkins. When we went out for our post-Thanksgiving meal walk a little doggy joined us from out of no where. On our little adventure we went to the wash and on our way back we looked for pottery shards. Friday was spent relaxing and I started on my annual Christmas puzzle. I don't actually know if I have done a puzzle every year but I'll pretend I have. This year I'm working on a 3-D puzzle and it's a bitch. Friday I also woke up to some nice little emails telling me about wonderful sales. So when Zac woke up telling me he bought something the night before I told him "that's nice, because I just spent $50 on some cheap shoes, cheap pants, a cheap cardigan and a cheap skirt." See how I used the word cheap...makes everything ok. Later on that day we puppysat for our friend Shelly. She just got her dog the day before and didn't want to leave the puppy alone while she went out shopping. Daisy was instantly intrigued but didn't understand why this puppy wasn't playing with her. We also think Daisy was jealous when we were giving all of our attention to the puppy. Saturday I was invited to a Gingerbread Decorating Party by some ladies that I used to work with. Zac and I went and attempted to decorate the house. It was fun but it was pretty cool to see what the others were doing. Today we finally went to go see Harry Potter in the IMAX theater...my first time. It was pretty cool! Can't wait for Part 2! I think I need another week off!
But this coming week will be exciting too! Thursday is the Territorial Cup game. UA vs. ASU and we'll be attending!
