A couple weekends ago my big update was that we bought a rug/carpet thing for the living room. Last Wednesday, the 4th day we owned that damn rug little miss daisy left us a giant poop on it. NICE! She left it some time during the night so that I could wake up to it. She is so considerate.
As we left the house that morning the car started making a clunkety clunk noise. Let's just say Wednesday sucked! The night before Zac and I had talked about our finances and we must have just jinxed ourselves! While the car was in the shop we still had to go to work and school....stupid work and school.
This past weekend was spent fixing stuff. Zac worked a bit on Mr. Y and I made a half assed attempt to get rid of the weeds. The most exciting part of this weekend was buying a new toilet seat to replace the ancient wooden toilet seat our hideous bathroom came with.
We just need to get through this week and we'll have our first house guest of the year. Zac's sister will be staying with us for the week and we have a ton of stuff planned!
