it's hot outside! and although i love having a swamp cooler...you really can't beat the ac right now especially with all the humidity. most of our weekends are spent me dying inside the house and zac dying at work. even daisy, our little water hater, has been going into the doggy pool all on her own to cool off. at night we've been sleeping in the studio. it has a nice little ac wall unit. i think ac just hit priority for next year. the worst part is that we haven't even gotten any good rains this summer. every afternoon there looks to be a threat but it's always on the horizon....somewhere else. no fun storms that carry off cars into washes and strands/kills people. maybe next time.
this past month we celebrated alot of birthdays. we didn't do much for zac's birthday. we went to dinner a few times, saw harry potter and bruno, went to the desert musuem at night, and i got him his own nintendo ds. my way of saying...stop playing with mine.
work has been great. i really like work right now because of the ac. the new building is starting to feel normal. one good thing is that i'm a lot closer to other people i know on other teams. i'm almost finished with my big "volunteer"project so this week might end well or very badly. who knows what will happen but i'm glad this 7 month volunteer project might be at its end! who knew inputting upc's into the system would be so time consuming at least i learned something new to put on my resume. professional upc putter inner.

That's what "monsoon season" was like in Phoenix. It always looked promising, but the rain would fall somewhere else instead. Very disappointing. I'm sending you some mild-Michigan-summer weather.
