The best VD I've ever had!

The last thing I wanted to do today was go to work. I would rather have stayed home with Zac and Daisy and enjoy the cloudy and windy day. Well I went to work and around mid-morning our booster club started delivering Valentine-grams. They were advertising a $3 package that included a balloon, a takeout box with 2 fortune cookies inside it. Our VP bought all us control buyers one of the grams. Later a SOS was sent out to help deliver more of these V-grams around the company. So as the good and kind-hearted person I am, I volunteered along with my fellow co-worker MJ. We took about 3 batches of V-grams. 2 of the batches had to be delivered across the street to the marketing building. Well the wind tied all the balloons together and so we spent several minutes trying to sort it all out. It was fun to waste some time.

When I got home the house smelled so good and I found flowers, cookies and a bottle of champagne on the table along with a card. I was so happy but then things got even better. My brothers called me and my nephews wished me a happy valentine day. Saul was prompted to say "I love you, Tia." Instead he blurted out "I like Zac." Then he started counting and I guess his new thing is saying "1,2,3,4, skeleton,5,6....." Cute kid! Then my other nephews Adrian and David called me and thanked me for the valentine present we sent them. David went crazy over the Venom valentine I sent him. It was great to hear from all of them! I also sent flowers to my parents and so my mom was so happy. Now things didn't stop there. Zac also recorded another song for me and he had dinner ready for me.

So even though I'm by myself at the moment because Zac had to work, it has been a wonderful day!
