bras on dogs

did you know there is an actual website called bras on dogs? it is a horribly cheesy site but its the best bras on dogs website i have ever seen. it even has the worst possible music, it reminds me of the music in the roger rabbit game i had for nintendo a million years ago.

hehe

the dog has a bra on.

i put a bra on bishop the other night. it was hilarious. i put it around his ears. he was instantly quiet. we think he thought he had a muzzle on but he wasn't quite sure what was going on. bishop gave me a look like he wanted to kill me. its the same look daisy gives me when i dress her up. zac then told bishop to get used to it because i haven't even started getting him outfits yet!

don't call doggy protective services on me...the dogs like it. i swear!

too much going on!

i haven't been watching much of the inauguration festivities, of course i'm as happy as the next guy to watch this amazing and historic moment, but i'm also in need of some serious vegging time.

i think obama is just what we need during this time and i hope that we see many great things come from this man and his administration.

with that said....aaaaaahhhhhh!

the wedding is in less than 3 weeks! aaaahhhhh! some things have been coming along and other things haven't been coming along. it seems like a million little details are jumping around in my head and i have no idea how to organize them because i forget most of the details a few minutes later. i usually remember everything right before i fall asleep or when i randomly wake up at 2 am.

work hasn't been helping either. everyday there is a new project or report to do. i'm not complaining....i'm grateful to have this job its just i feel like i need to stay at the office until 8pm but when the clock hits 4, i'm out. i can't seem to make myself stay longer. so then the next day i feel like i'm drowning under paperwork. this stress might also be from learning a new task. i like having this new responsibility, its just alot of me messing up a few times before i figure out the right way to do things.

ugh....

adding another item to my list for 2009

11. a dryer!

i love being able to dry the clothes outside, it just doesn't work when you have to wash on a weeknight and it doesn't work to get all the dog hair off.

lunchy lunch

Its been a tough week. I decided to go out to lunch with a coworker and some of her friends that work in the company. We went to Friday's and it was a lot of fun.

Rain Man was quoted....alot.

mayonnaise was dropped on pants and the word "spooge" was used

there was talk about someone's family member coming up with a food business plan that includes injecting mayonnaise into hotdogs and calling them spooge dogs

wondering when they could sneak out of work to go to happy hour

where you can buy the cheapest Patron

what time the vp's leave so that they can go to happy hour early

teenage sons making out in front of parents

and on the car ride back talking about how spooge tastes

zac should have been there, he would have enjoyed himself!

Now on to 2009!

Daisy wants to wish everyone a very happy 2009! Here she is modeling her after-Christmas clearance Santa coat. Doesn't she look precious?

She hates me.

So now I need to make my list for 2009.

1. Get married.
2. Change everything so I can assume my new identity as Teresa Chapman.....weird!
3. Go on a honeymoon.
4. Visit Mom's Chapman in Portland.
5. Use our passports somehow.
6. Spend more time with nephews and niece!
7. Make higher payments on student loan.
8. Pay off debt accumulated from buying appliances and wedding stuff.
9. Do a big project on the house...like paint, connect the studio to the rest of the house...something.
10. Save more money.

so way back in 2008....

I made a list, since I don't make resolutions. Let's see what I can check off!
  1. Pay off last credit card-check-Then I got a new one that I'm keeping under lockdown.

  4. Visit Moms Chapman in Portland-no check-maybe 2009?
  5. Get Zac a passport-check-we can go places now...but we didn't.
  6. Spend more time with nephews-check-It might not still be enough.
  7. Go out more and relearn how to stay out past 10pm without falling asleep-no check-too old
  8. Make higher payments on my bajillion dollar student loan-kinda check-i think I'm made $20 higher payments than I did in 2007.
  9. Research buying a house-check-and bought one!
  10. Make more lists-check-made thousands of list!
