I decided to watch the movie while ManFriend was at school for his studygroup. This movie should really be called Jennifer Connelly's Boobs. No wonder Mr. Katohater applauded her role in this film. For the last half of the movie Jennifer is running around in a tight tank top with no bra underneath.
While this movie follows the nerd getting the pretty rich popular girl romance story it isn't my favorite John Hughes movie. That title will forever go to Sixteen Candles.
Standout performances go to Dermot Mulroney as a sleazy scumbag thief. Kudos should also go to Jennifer Connelly's boobs and eyebrows.
Since there wasn't any overall feeling of joy that the guy got the girl or any crying on my behalf this film gets an average rating.
