May updates-Full House

Once upon a time life was almost boring. I worked my Monday through Friday schedule and I didn't do much on weekends. Occasionally, something would pop up like a birthday, trip out of town or an engagement to keep us on our toes but May has been a bit different.

May started out with the dreaded Mustache Month. Like most deranged men, Zac was absolutely giddy to transform into the 70's porn star he has always dreamed of becoming.

He loves his mustache. He will probably kill me now.

Moving on, we then had a full house for almost a week. Zac's mom and sister stayed with us for a bit. Wednesday they both arrived and left the following Monday and Tuesday. At this point Daisy was so excited to have new people to love her that she had no idea what was coming next. Her best buds, Hudsy and Bishop also decided to come over for the weekend. Daisy went absolutely nuts. The doggies got baths and Bishop got some pool time. They all got tortillas for breakfast one morning and a nice big bed to sleep on.

The same Friday we were invited to a graduation party for our friend Carla. Her dad rides mules and so her party was going to be at the mule farm. We weren't going to miss a party at the mule farm. We feasted on yummy mexican food and great cake. Another couple slightly older than us decided to sit at our table. Turns out they were really cool and so they gave us some wedding advice and it was just so nice to talk to some down to earth people. Did I get any pictures of Carla? Nope...sorry Carla.

The week with Moms and sister was filled with a lot of eating. We took them to several places around town and Moms Chapman made a few meals for us. It was fun to see them and spend time with them. Next time we definitely need a guest bedroom. That Sunday Zac's cousin that is currently attending ASU came down and we got to spend some time with her. Hudsy and Bishop were also very happy on Sunday because that is when Dave and Jaime came back for them. We headed on down to Guero Canelo and feasted. Later that evening we took Zac's family up to Starr Pass to see the city lights and spy on the Marriott at Starr Pass.

Of course we'll gladly accept and invite anyone to our house but it is always nice to go back to what you are used to and for us that means just the three of us.
